Ice Fishing Gear For Winter Walleye Anglers
In order to be prepared and ready for that winter walleye ice fishing get away, there are several things the avid walleye angler should consider taking along and using. By making a good list of equipment many walleye anglers have a fishing trip and have a blast catching the walleye as well.

Another new concept in ice fishing equipment and which should be on an individual's list is the latest in parkas or what is now known as an armor body suit for ice fishing. They are the latest in what it takes to catch the walleye and be warm at the same time. This suit is made of the warmest materials and also has rings and attachments for tackle and other supplies too. Gloves, boots, hats, and other warm clothing are also a must in the list for equipment for winter walleye anglers.
Amazingly, for the go getter in ice fishing and walleye anglers of the new generation, there is now a pack that literally has every possible tack imaginable for the ice fishing angler that wants to be totally prepared when the ice fishing season begins.
Believe it or not, some walleye anglers also include in his or her list of equipment for ice fishing an ice sonar. These under ice fish finders allow walleye anglers to literally find the fish and decide where he or she wants to place the shanty and somewhat set up camp. This also provides for making the ice fishing hole and knowing that there are walleye around nearby without having to guess. Some individuals refer to this sonar as GPS systems for Walleye Fishing.
