I'm 14 and Want to Lose Weight, Slimmer Stomach Down?
I do maybe 30-90 sit ups a day, 25-30 crunches a day, and I do the pike thing (bridge) for maybe two minutes a day. I do push ups and jumping jacks, push ups 10-20 a day and 100-200 jumping jacks a day. I lift weights and do weight squats every two days and take walks a bit. I have started this a few days ago. I'm not fat, but not skinny. How long would this take to make me skinnier and would it be effective?
I do eat healthy, very healthy, but I eat junk food occasionally. I am about 5'5 and I weigh 130 pounds, maybe a bit less.
Again, I'm 14 and I do play video games a lot but I exercise for about 30-45 minutes a day and I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I want to get more athletic and get a better body.

You are so good! You are right where you need to be weight wise, your plan sounds great! How long before you see results depends. On certain things/some people you can see it within a week or two and others a big longer..... Keep Strong!!
