A Very Good site is dubstepforum.com, remember you can always ask any friends that may be into Dubstep to recommend sites, Books or other forms of media that will give you good info.
Ning.com is a really good site that you can join for free, then do a search for forums that are based on Dubstep music. Sometimes you will get multiple results and these are great spots to find out about Music, trends and media related to Bass culture. Social network sites are also a great place to find info and other people that are into your topic of interest.
